RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIMS.

Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you change your mind, items may be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase if:

- You have proof of purchase
- Items are genuine Ms Allure items
- Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold)ย

Your exchange will be for an item of equal value. If an item of equal value cannot be provided due to lack of stock, a store credit will be provided.

The cost to return an item due to change of mind will be the customers responsibility.


Ms Allure's Warranty

With Ms Allure's Customer Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty, we proudly provide you with our after-sales service.

If your purchase is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, our warranty offers:

Jewellery
0-6 Months since purchase:ย 
The jewellery will be repaired if possible.

6+ Months since purchase:
ย Jewellery will be repaired if possible.

Handbags
0-3 Months since purchase:ย 
Handbag will be repaired if possible.

Accessories
0-3 Months since purchase:ย 
Accessories will be repaired.

Watches
0-3 Months since purchase:
Watches will be provided.

Our watch warranty covers the following only:
- Watch Movement
- Dial
- Hands

The warranty does not cover the following:
- Strap/Band or Crystals
- Batteries
- Damage from wear and tear, lack of care or accidents
- Water damage

Ms Allureย warranty is against defects for genuine Ms Allure items.

If your item is exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period an identical replacement will be provided. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value.ย 

Your warranty is void if,

  • Items have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse.
  • The item is made to order.
  • The item is used pierced jewellery and hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • The item is Final Sale, Exclusive or Clearance items.
  • The item is showing signs of wear & tear.


All metals will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they have contact with agentsย such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH The amountย of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing dueย to the above reasons, is not covered under this warranty.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return products to us, you must notify Ms Allure through the โ€œContact Usโ€ section of the Website within seven days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at the discretion of Ms Allure.

Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorising the return. You must include a copy of this confirmation email when you return the products to us.

Condition of returned products

All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, with labels attached, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.

Return delivery charges

Return delivery charges are your responsibility. Ms Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return products to us via registered mail.

Providing refunds to you

After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.

For Change of Mind Returns, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding original delivery charges. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the product.

All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 21 days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.

Warranty Returns

If you wish to return products to us, you must notify Ms Allure through the โ€œContact Usโ€ section of the Website.

Condition of returned products

All products must be returned in a safe and clean condition, with adequate package wrapping to avoid further damage during transit.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to proceeding with a repair, replacement or refund. This may result in the return being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.

Return delivery charges

Return delivery charges are your responsibility. Ms Allure is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return products to us via registered mail.

Repair or Replacement

If your item can be repaired, the repaired item will be returned to at our expense along with a voucher which can used on our Website as our appreciation for your patience. Repairs can take up to 10 business days.

If a replacement is required, we will ensure it is shipped to you at our expense.

You will be notified via email with how we proceed with your item.

Please note that pieces which have been salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals will not be covered by our warranty.

I never received my order

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off. If your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and you havenโ€™t received it, we suggest the following:

  • Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure itโ€™s accurate.
  • We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.

How are refunds provided?

Ms Allure is a Melbourne based family owned jewellery and handbag company.

Our CEO, Zahia has been in the direct selling business for over three decades and comes with passion and knowledge for beautiful fashion. Being a single mother of two boys and battling kidney failure for most of her life, she has not let any obstacles that life has thrown at her get in the way of success, as she believes every person has the opportunity to live the best life they can. Zahia has always dreamed of one day creating her own company that would help women design the life they loved so she, along with her family, built Ms Allure, a company that is filled with passion, desire and a little bit of mystery.
