Order Cancellations or Updates

Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewellery to you as soon as possible so order changes or cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to customersupport@msallure.co.nz.

We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees.

Payments

Click on “Continue to Checkout” from your shopping cart and enter your code in the field that indicates “Gift card or discount code.” Be sure to click “Apply” before proceeding to the next page. Gift cards may be applied in combination with discount codes. 

We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Afterpay, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We're here to assure you that your credit card information is safe when you're ordering from Ms Allure. Our website incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions.

Returns

If you change your mind, items may be returned for an exchange within 14 days of purchase if:

- You have proof of purchase
- Items are genuine Ms Allure items
- Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) 
 
Your exchange will be for an item of equal value. If an item of equal value cannot be provided due to lack of stock, a store credit will be provided.

The cost to return an item due to change of mind will be the customers responsibility.

To request a return of an item, please contact our team at customersupport@msallure.co.nz and we will begin the returns process.

With Ms Allure's Customer Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty, we proudly provide you with our after-sales service.

If your purchase is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, our warranty offers:

Jewellery
0-6 Months since purchase: 
The jewellery will be repaired if possible.

6+ Months since purchase:
 Jewellery will be repaired if possible.

Handbags
0-3 Months since purchase: 
Handbag will be repaired.

Ms Allure warranty is against defects for genuine Ms Allure items.

If your item is exhibiting a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period an identical replacement will be provided. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value.

Exclusions to Ms Allure's warranty against defects include,

- Ms Allure's warranty does not apply to items that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse.

- All metals will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they have contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing due to the above reasons, is not covered under this warranty.

Shipping

We currently ship to all regions within Australia and New Zealand. International shipping is available upon request, but please note that shipping costs will depend on the current shipping rate to the specified international address.

A tracking number will be provided to customers vis SMS or email upon dispatch of their order.

Online orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of placement. Orders placed during our online live stream sales will be dispatched every Thursday.

Whilst we strive to process your order and ship as quickly as possible, we unfortunately have no influence on external providers' delayed delivery times.
