How to get it
Using our commercial jewellery cleaner, we can completely clean your pieces and provide them back to you clean and polished.
Please note that orders including adjustments may take an additional 48 hours to complete adequately.
If it's not a new order, please deliver or drop off your piece at our Headquarters for adjustment.
If your piece can not be adjusted due to its unique or complex design, you will be refunded your adjustment fee.
